The highly anticipated Bilibili x Bank of China 2233 co-branded Mastercard is finally open for applications today!
This card comes with some pretty exciting features, including the distinctive 223300 BIN and the ability to customize the last six digits of your card number. In this guide, I’ll walk you through the application process and cover a few important things to keep in mind.
Applying for the Card

- Use your own phone number if possible.
- You only get five attempts to customize the last six digits of your card number. Both searching for a number and refreshing the results count toward the limit.
Receiving Your Card
In my case it’s 7–15 business days, mailed to the branch for activation.

A few things to keep in mind: You can only apply for one card at a time. Once you’ve applied for the Mastercard, you can’t apply for the UnionPay version simultaneously.
My recommendation? Apply for the Mastercard first.
