Since macOS can’t load Windows DLL patches, we need to open this GitHub project: hoi4-dlc-unlock-macos, download cream_api.ini and libsteam_api.dylib, then copy the dlc folder from the original archive into the game directory, and drop the above ini and dylib in there as well
