As the title says, this article mainly defines the various conventions for this blog. Since I plan to run it long-term, having a mature set of conventions matters a lot.
Conventions for the /content/posts/ directory
The first level is the year, e.g. ./2025/.
The second level is the month, e.g. ./10/.
The third level is the day, e.g. ./26/.
The fourth level holds the Markdown file itself and the media it references, e.g.
2025/- 10/-- 26/--- media/---- example.webp--- alpha.mdFor Markdown file names, name them with Greek letters, such as alpha, beta…, mainly to solve the problem of multiple posts on the same day.
Tag conventions
Tags are fairly granular; generally a blog’s tags contain summarising keywords for its main content.
EXAMPLE
Suppose this article’s main content is “the process of unlocking the bootloader on a Samsung phone and flashing Magisk for root”
Then the article’s tags would mainly besamsung, root,刷机
Category conventions
There are currently four main categories
- TECH Technical content, e.g. flashing, infosec, project development, etc.
- LOG Everyday content, e.g. scenery photos, literary works, etc.
- META Content about the blog, e.g. this naming convention
- VOID Miscellaneous/unclassified
That’s the set of conventions established so far. Articles already published in the past will gradually be brought in line with the new conventions. If there are revisions later, I’ll sync them in time.
